The Third Eye Chakra: Your Connection To Your Higher Self
The Third Eye chakra is your connection to your higher self. Blockages in your Third Eye chakra can cause you to be overly concerned with material possessions and unable to perceive the energy of higher realms. When the energy of this chakra is unblocked and in harmony you can more easily connect with your higher self and your spirituality. Your intuition can feely flow and you can more easily manifest your desires into physical reality.
What to bring? Something to take notes, pillow/blanket (for your comfort during the meditation) and a mug to partake in the end of journey tea.
What is a chakra and why should you seek to bring them into harmony?
Within your body there exists seven swirling energy centers; these energy centers are called the chakras. When your chakras are unblocked and working in harmony your energy flows freely and your life is blessed. When your chakras are blocked you can experience physical & emotional problems and life can become very challenging.
Each month the Chakra Harmony Circle will focus on a different chakra and strive to unblock that chakra so that we may bring our energies back into harmony.
We will do this by –
- Gaining an intimate knowledge of each chakra
- Engaging our senses through aromatherapy, color saturation, and taste.
- Going deep within ourselves through guided meditation
You can join at any time and feel free to attend only the gatherings that work for you. Although the goal is to bring all of your chakras into harmony, unblocking even one chakra can greatly improve your life.
The group will meet on the first Friday of every month October through April from 7pm to 9pm
tuition is $20 per session / pre-registration $15.
